Your website build typically takes two weeks after all required information has been submitted.
We don’t begin the project until we have everything we need.
Please review your website on a desktop first—mobile optimisation happens after final desktop changes.
Your website will be hidden from Google during the build phase.

We use Markup.io for feedback—you’ll receive a link to comment directly on specific sections.
Need help using it? Just reach out!
Take your time and consult all decision-makers before submitting feedback.
If you’re wanting to manually provide feedback, send all requested changes in a single email—this reduces errors and ensures clarity.
ITERATIONS
SEO
After we have optimised your website for mobile, we will add internal SEO. However, we do not provide ongoing SEO support and recommend hiring an SEO specialist. If you require these services, we have an expert who specialises in Squarespace websites we have worked with previously and can provide an introduction.
TWO ROUNDS of CHANGES
For the majority of projects, we include two rounds of changes, unless specified before within the quote. For clarification, once we present the changes to you, it’s counted as one round of changes.
UPGRADE YOUR SQUARESPACE ACCOUNT
We will send through a video with instructions on how to upgrade your Squarespace account.
FINAL STEPS
TESTING YOUR FORMS
We’ll connect your website forms to Google Forms as a backup database. You’ll receive an invite via Google—check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Once connected, test your forms to see exactly what your customers experience when reaching out.
DOMAIN NAME CONNECTING
You can connect multiple domain names to your website. Just let us know which one should be primary, and we’ll redirect the others.
